Refund & Transfer Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to CJBBE@doulalab.org with your confirmation number. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Registration fees are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations received after April 1, 2027.

Ticket transfers to another individual are permitted at no charge through April 7, 2027.

To transfer your ticket, email CJBBE@doulalab.org with:

• Your confirmation number
• The full name and email address of the new attendee
• Any dietary or accessibility needs for the new attendee

Transfers are not permitted after April 7, 2027. Ticket transfers do not affect the original ticket price or pricing tier.

In the event of a documented medical emergency or bereavement, refund requests outside the standard policy window will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

If the Centering Joy Summit is cancelled by the organizers due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, public health emergency, venue closure, etc.), all registered attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

The Doula Lab is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred in connection with the event.
